Return/Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt.  We do not accept returns on sale items*, final sale items**, sunglasses, shoes, jewelry, handbags, or accessories. We also do not accept returns on items that have the tag removed, have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

*Sale items (marked with you save in front of the price and or sale item below the description) may be returned for store credit only. Upon receiving your return, we will issue you a store credit redeemable at Shop A-list.

**Final sale items are not returnable.

Make a return/exchange:
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise including your invoice and send back to us using an insured service to Shop A-list 3607 197th Ave Court E. Lake Tapps, Washington 98391 USA. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

When will my credit card be refunded:
Once your package has been received at Shop A-list, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information.
